I need help with creating a network for a small home.? - panasonic network camera

have cable broadband virgin who is currently on the N1 Wireless Router (Part # F5D8231uk4) connected.

All computers in the house (7 PC) is a Gigabit Desktop Network PCI Card, which will be a CAT6 patch cable into the socket have cat6 wall, every electrical outlet wired with Cat 6 cables, all wiring goes to a patch 24port panel. The connection box is sitting next to the wireless router.

There are some other things in connection with the wired network as the Xbox 360 and a network camera for security in the garage.

Obviously, the N1 router has only 4 ports.

So, what is the best way to connect everything together?

I already have:
Category 6 cabling (fully equipped)
N1 Wireless Router (Part # F5D8231uk4) will always be used for laptops
24 Port Patch Panel

What we need:

I need to know how you would connect an entire image in relation to toll:) and suggestions for each device you want and why do you think is the best option, if you think you have more or less to spend in each subject, only to repeat what we recommend.
