Is it possible to colour already permanently dyed brown hair a light brown colour? - light brown hair colour

My natural hair color is a mouse-brown and have a fixed spot in a room in a dark brown with rot. I think it's too dark for my pale skin, and I want to stress, light brown with honey blonde. Can we do this and what should I ask my hairdresser? THANKS
