Loud noise from front end of Jeep Liberty when going over bumps.? - jeep liberty front licence plate holder #55255994ac

I have a 2005 Jeep Liberty Sport and I noticed that every time you drive over bumps w / making the first two wheels, a loud noise, yet seem serious in the extreme cold

My questions are:

1) Are shocks to the problem here?

2) Can a person to me how much it would cost estimate?

3) is covered by a bumper to bumper to 60,000 miles warranty?

Only 50,000 miles on the vehicle.
